Pleasure Republique is delighted to offer complimentary shipping on orders of $150 or more (before P&H and after any discounts).

Orders under $150 (excluding P&H) will be delivered at a flat rate of $9.95 within Australia. International orders will be shipped at a flat rate of $20.

Please allow 2-3 days for us to process, carefully wrap/package and ship your very special products. Goods delivered within Australia will take two to five working days.

All orders are delivered via Registered Australia Post, allowing us to track your item, and ensure it arrives safe and sound, right to your door.

 

Delivery

When shipments are made, they are done so in discrete, regular packaging for your privacy. The packaging exterior will never elude to the contents (except if required by customs) and carries no indication of supplier, except for a return PO Box address in case of non-delivery.

All items are delivered via Registered Post, allowing us to track your item. If there is no-one to accept delivery, don't fret - Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest post office for collection, leaving a card which allows you to pick up your package at a time convenient for you.If we are out of stock of an item, we will contact you to offer new delivery date, or the option of cancelling/exchanging the order.


Please note that all processing and delivery times are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time. In the rare instance that it takes longer than 48 hours to process your order, Pleasure Republique will email you with a revised estimated delivery time.

Returns

Before making any purchases it is important to read our Returns Policy.

Please choose carefully before you buy - due to hygiene reasons and the personal nature of our adult toys and cosmetics, exchange is not available for these products. But we will gladly replace items which are found to have a manufacturers fault, and will accept these for exchange provided they meed our returns policy requirements.

We cannot accept returns on hosiery if opened. We understand that you may need to try on lingerie to ensure that it is perfect for you.

However, for hygiene reasons, please ensure that you wear your own briefs beneath the lingerie. We cannot accept worn lingerie for return or exchange. If you are not completely satisfied with your lingerie purchase we are happy to exchange the garment.

 

The following conditions apply to exchanges:

1. Please take care when unpacking & repacking. All goods must be returned in their original   condition and packaging, unwashed, with tags, manuals and instructions still attached.

2. We cannot accept returns on lingerie that has been worn, washed or returned in soiled   condition.

3. Hosiery will not be exchanged if opened.

4. Items purchase on clearance or final sale cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

5. Bath and Body, Pleasure Toys and consumable products cannot be accepted for exchange.

6. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet these criteria. Refused items will be posted back with no refund of the item.

7. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting.

8. Refunds are available via paypal and direct bank deposit.

9. We will not make refunds to a third party.

 

Faulty Merchandise

We do our best to ensure that your products are in perfect working order before being despatched, but in the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, we are happy to provide a product exchange including additional delivery costs within 30 days of purchase.

Before you return the faulty product to us, enclose all packaging, tags, manuals and instructions. All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are in good working order.

 

Returning Products

Before you return the items, email or phone Pleasure Republique on +431 979 981 or enquiries@pleasurerepublique.com.au to let us know which item you are returning.

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within two weeks.

If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. Please return goods with proof of purchase (retaining proof of postage) to:
