- Ammendments to orders can be made by contacting Pleasure Republique via email or telephone and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order. If an order has already been dispatched, then postage costs will apply.
- If lingerie is incorrect size, Pleasure Republique will exchange goods. The customer is required to pay for return postage to Pleasure Republique.
- Pleasure Republique will replace faulty goods. Customer must contact Pleasure Republique within 30 days of purchase.
- If products are described incorrectly on the website, or priced incorrectly, Pleasure Republique is not obliged to sell you the product.
- Colours depicted should be used as a guide only as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions resulting in colour variations shown on the website and in the catalogue.
- You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited.
